When you purchase from us we value you out customer ,and want to make your experience with our website the best online shopping experience possible. If something goes wrong with your product, you should always contact us and we will do whatever we can to help. Please read the terms and conditions below that fully outline your warranty rights, and remember we love your feedback. If you are not happy tell us we can improve our service for you.

Retail/In-Store Warranty Policy

The Uggs & Kisses warranty applies to footwear less than one year old from date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship. All items purchases from Uggs & Kisses which are past one year from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Items NOT covered through our warranty process:
- Products over one year old from date of purchase;
- General wear and tear;
- Discoloration due to water damage (Sheepskin is not intended to get wet);
- Sales items.
In order for us to properly process your warranty return, we kindly ask that the customer contact us or send an email at your earliest convenience. This is to make sure that we have the items in stock for warranty exchange. Please email info@uggsandkisses.com.au with the following information:
1. Your Name;
2. Tell us what you are returning (Please include model number, colour and size);
3. Tell us the reason for your warranty return;
4. Photo of the entire boot and the faulty area of the boot;
5. Your receipt number;
6. Your contact details.
 

Online Warranty Policy

The Uggs & Kisses warranty applies to footwear less than one year old from date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship. All items sent to Uggs & Kisses which are past one year from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order they are received. Evaluations can take up to 1 to 2 weeks from the time of received.
In order for us to properly process your warranty return, we kindly ask that the customer completes the following steps.
1. Provide your shipping information; this is where we’ll send your item;
2. Tell us what you are returning (Please include model number, colour and size);
3. Tell us the reason for your return;
4. Photo of the entire boot and the faulty area of the boot;
5. Your order number;
6. Address your return to the address listed below;
7. Send package via a trackable shipping method and be sure to obtain a copy of your tracking number.

If your product is not covered under our warranty, the original item will be returned to you at your expenses. If the package is undeliverable and/or returned to our shop, it will be destroyed after 30 days.
