Uggs & Kisses uses various courier services for most of our domestic deliveries. Our shipping charges are based on the method of service and location. Shipping fees will be charged per order. Signatures are not required for most deliveries however can be added on extra cost.

Uggs & Kisses is based in Adelaide Australia and ships between Monday to Friday. We will try to process the orders on the day they are placed. Orders that placed after 5:00pm may not be shipped until the next business day. Process is subject to verification and approval.

*Please note: Order placed on Friday after 5:00pm will not be processed until the following Monday, as we do not process shipping or delivery on weekends or Public Holidays.

International

We ship to most countries via EMS International delivery and DHL. Please allow times for deliveries to international addresses. The approximate time frame for international delivery is 5 to 12 business days, it will also depending on the time of year and the courier services. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australia Public Holidays. All items will be shipped with boxes however can be requested without.
