Retail/In-Store Returns Policy

Online Returns Policy
Uggs & Kisses accepts returns from customers who purchased their product from our retailer or Uggs & Kisses® official website “www.uggsandkisses.com.au”. We will process your return for an exchange or store credit within 14 days. We do not offer the above mentioned services for products not purchased directly from us. Items must be in new and unused condition with the original boxes and all tags attached. Any products with dirt or wear and tear will be returned to the customer with no action taken**. Once we receive the item, we will ship your requested exchange item to you with charges of additional shipping. Please do allow 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive your return to process your exchange or credit note. Please note that we do not offer change of mind of purchase.
